Welcome to the Hartsville/Trousdale Water & Sewer Utility District. We are currently serving nearly 3,000 customers within our county and enjoy our home right off the Cumberland River.
In addition to serving our local customers, we also act as a water supplier to surrounding utility districts. Our county is constantly growing. Along with our population growth, our water and sewer infrastructures must continue to be evaluated to keep up with our demands.
Along with our staff of 15 employees, we also work closely with mid-state engineers and contractors to keep our equipment up to date to meet state and federal regulations.
One of our objectives is to make this website useful for printable forms, online-payment, current information, water quality reports, current board members, and updates. We try to log all of the board meeting information on our site for public viewing as well as archive previous ones.
Please feel free to stop by our office any time during normal operating hours, or call with any questions or concerns.
